its kinda sad when
your mom’s best friend gives a better effort for christmas than your own dad..
Christmas just isn’t the same without my mom. I try to get excited for it each year but without her joy and excitement and bringing my family together to celebrate its true meaning of Jesus’ birth, it’s just empty. Idk I guess next year I’ll just work harder at being more like her.

it was so easy to fall in love with you.
now, everything after you has seemed forced and not genuine at all.
i miss you in the back of my mind on a daily basis, wishing i could experience the magic of falling in love for the first time all over again.
